The framework agreement
When you work via Verloning.nl, you digitally sign the framework agreement for Payrolling once. With it, you authorize Verloning.nl to process your client's payments on your behalf and remit statutory contributions such as VAT, Health Insurance Act (Zvw) contributions and payroll taxes to the Dutch Tax Administration.
You remain fully independent and work at your own account and risk, but you easily outsource the financial handling to Verloning.nl. This way you work worry-free, with the assurance for you and your client that your taxes are always remitted on time and correctly.

No need to worry about your admin
We ensure that all mandatory taxes—payroll taxes, VAT and the Zvw contributions—are automatically and correctly remitted. In addition, we submit all periodic returns and pay them to the Tax Administration, so you won't face additional assessments and you don't have to worry about complex rules, forms or deadlines.
You don't need a KvK or VAT number to use Verloning.nl. Everything is handled easily through our platform, in your secure personal account. In February you receive a clear annual statement for the previous year, which is prefilled directly in your income tax return.

With our paid memberships you benefit from included additional insurance, including public liability, professional liability, accident insurance and a road users' insurance. These insurances can also be purchased separately via your personal account.
With our unique Schenkkring we offer you up to two years of coverage in case of illness or setback. In addition, we offer a collective professional disability insurance (AOV) via Avéro Achmea, which is mandatory up to the age of 62 with an income of more than €3,750 within three months.
